Terms of use
Please read the basic rules before use to make washing and drying safe and easy.
Before washing
- Empty pockets before washing.
- Close clothes with zippers before washing.
- The laundry room has machines with a capacity of 10 kg and 20 kg of dry laundry.
- Do not ignore the machine's warning if it is overloaded. Otherwise, the laundry may not be washed or spun properly.
- The maximum machine load is up to ¾ of the drum volume.
- Our machines automatically dose detergent.
After washing
- Pay attention to the end time of washing or drying.
- If you are not present after the cycle ends, the next user has the right to remove your laundry so they can use the washing or drying service.
- After washing, inspect the drum.
- Wipe the machine door after use.
- After use, leave the machine door open so that the next user knows that the machine is free.
House rules
- If you use laundry baskets or boxes, please return them to their designated place after use.
- If you consume food or drink in the laundry room, please clean up after yourself.
- Please leave the space tidy for the next users.
- The last wash can be done no later than 30 minutes before the end of the laundry's working hours.
Forbidden
- It is forbidden to wash and dry shoes.
- It is forbidden to wash clothes and pet equipment.
- Pets are not allowed in the laundry area. Thank you for your understanding.
